With Rewardful's coupon-based referral method, you can easily setup your Rewardful dashboard and allow affiliates to start promoting you within minutes.

If you want your affiliates to offer different discount rates to their referred customers, this can be done with the workarounds below as each campaign only allows one campaign coupon to be attached.

Note: The workarounds require Growth and higher plans as it will utilize multiple campaigns.

Choose any of the methods below to implement multiple coupons for affiliates:

Method 1: Coupon-following

When affiliates are transferred from one campaign to another, their customer-facing coupon codes will follow their account even if the master coupon is attached to another campaign:

  1. Create another campaign in your dashboard in the Campaigns section.

  2. Set up the master coupon for the campaign.

  3. Transfer the affiliate from their current campaign to the new campaign.

  4. Then go to the Links and Coupons tab.

  5. Create a new coupon for the affiliate by clicking the Create another coupon code then create the new coupon for the affiliate

Once the new affiliate coupon is created after the affiliate account has been transferred to the new campaign, the new affiliate coupon will be attached to the current campaign's coupon, however their old affiliate coupon is still active, even if the old coupon is attached to the old campaign's coupon code.

Method 2: Multiple Accounts for the Affiliate

An affiliate account can only be part of a single campaign at a given time, however, they can participate in other campaigns using a different email address.

Most email platforms right now allow sub-addressing, wherein when a plus sign is added to the email address, it will act as another email address, however, all emails to that address with a plus sign will still be channeled on the same inbox.

For example:

On the Rewardful platform, we will treat the email with a sub-address as a different account, allowing affiliates to join multiple campaigns but the automated emails will still be channeled to the inbox of the main email address.

With the above, the affiliate can join a campaign that has a different coupon code while maintaining one email address.
