For merchants with large numbers of affiliates to pay each period, setting a minimum payout threshold is a good way to reduce administrative work.

Campaign Level Thresholds

Minimum payout thresholds are set at the campaign level. This means that you can set different thresholds for different campaigns should you wish to do so.

Setting Minimum Thresholds

1) Select the campaign you want to set a minimum threshold on:

2) Edit the campaign

3) Go to the campaign's "advanced settings"

4) Enter your minimum payout threshold and then press "Update Campaign"

Implications on Payouts

Once you have set your minimum payout thresholds it's helpful to understand how this works on your payouts.

Payouts can be one of the following statuses:

  1. Pending

  2. Due

  3. Processing

  4. Paid

Pending payouts represent a collection of commissions that are due based on their timing (ie the transaction occurred long enough ago to be due), but the affiliate has not met the minimum payout threshold.

Due payouts represent a collection of commissions that are due based on their timing, and have surpassed the minimum payout threshold.

Processing payouts are payouts that the system is updating the status of the underlying commissions. Rewardful does NOT automatically pay your affiliates, you must do this yourself.

Paid payouts are historical payouts that you have already marked as paid.
