Why is my Rewardful account blocked?
If your Rewardful account has been blocked by Rewardful Support, you'll receive a notification at the email address associated with your Network Account.
A block is a platform-level action taken by Rewardful Support. It may affect your participation in multiple merchant affiliate programs, not just one.
What does it mean if my account is blocked?
When Rewardful Support blocks your Network Account:
Referral tracking stops. New referrals will no longer be tracked across the merchant programs linked to your account.
You won't earn new commissions. New commissions will no longer be generated across your linked programs.
Referral conversions are disabled. New referral conversion actions can no longer be completed.
Your historical records are preserved. Your financial history remains available and you can still withdraw your earnings.
The block applies across all merchant affiliate accounts linked to your Rewardful Network Account.
What happens to my existing commissions and payouts?
Blocking your account does not automatically void commissions you've already earned.
Any outstanding commissions remain subject to the relevant merchant's terms and campaign conditions. Individual merchants may choose to void unpaid commissions from their own Rewardful dashboards.
You can still access your available payout information and financial records while your account is blocked. You do not need to have your account reactivated to access these records.
If you have questions about a specific commission or payment, you may need to contact the merchant responsible for that commission.
Can my account be reactivated?
Only Rewardful Support can reactivate an account that has been blocked by Rewardful Support. You cannot reactivate it yourself through your affiliate dashboard.
If you believe your account has been blocked in error, please contact Rewardful Support for assistance.
Can I continue promoting merchants?
No. While your Network Account is blocked, new referral tracking and commission generation are stopped across all linked merchant programs.
You won't be able to generate new referrals or earn new commissions through your linked Rewardful affiliate accounts while the block remains in place.
Who should I contact if I have questions?
If you have questions about why your account was blocked or would like to request a review, contact Rewardful Support.
For questions about existing commissions or a specific payment, you may also need to contact the relevant merchant, as decisions about outstanding commissions depend on that merchant's terms and campaign conditions.
