As an affiliate, your payout method may sometimes be blocked by our payment processor (Tipalti). When this happens, you won't be able to edit your payout details an you won't be able receive payouts until the block is resolved.
Why did this happen?
The exact reason for the block isn't shared with Rewardful. It can be related to:
Missing or incorrect payment details
Compliance checks (e.g. address or tax information changes)
Other account-specific issues
Unfortunately, Rewardful cannot see the details of why your account was blocked.
What should I do?
To resolve this, you'll need to contact Rewardful support first to get your payee ID. Your payee ID will help in expediting the verification of your payout details when you contact Tipalti directly and submit a support ticket. Only Tipalti can review and lift the block on your payout method:

Once you get your payee ID details, use this guide to contact Tipalti:
When submitting your ticket, mention that your payout account needs to be verified. Make sure to provide your payee ID that Rewardful support will provide to you.
Once Tipalti resolves the issue, your account will return to Active and payouts will be available for withdrawal.
