Overview

Onboarding to Managed Payouts (Beta) is quick and requires no technical integration. Once enabled, Rewardful handles payouts for your affiliates, allowing you to focus on growing your program.

Eligibility

Before enrolling in Managed Payouts, make sure you meet the following requirements:

  • You have an active Rewardful account.

  • Your affiliate program currency is USD.

  • You can connect your bank account through Stripe's ACH debit process.

  • You agree to the 3% processing fee for all payouts.

Steps to onboard

1. Connect your bank account

  1. Log in to your Rewardful account.

  2. Navigate to Payments → Payout Settings.

  3. Enter your Program contact email.

  4. Click Connect bank account.

  5. After connecting, Stripe will verify your account:

    • Immediate verification: For supported banks, Stripe might verify your account instantly.

    • Micro-deposit verification: If micro-deposits are required, Stripe will send 1-2 small deposits to your bank account within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to confirm the amounts.

Once verification is complete we’ll review your application and activate Managed Payouts for your account.

2. Notify your affiliates

  • Use our email templates to inform affiliates about the switch to Managed Payouts.

  • Affiliates will be prompted to onboard and add their payout details in their Rewardful dashboard.

  • Check the guide on how to Help your affiliates get started with Managed Payouts for templates and best practices.

3. Fund your payout

  1. Once your account is verified, go to the Payouts section in the Payments menu.

  2. Select the affiliate payouts you'd like to fund and click Pay with Rewardful.

  3. Make a single payment to fund your payout.

    • Rewardful will automatically allocate payouts to your affiliates once the funds clear.

    • The process typically takes around 3 to 5 business days.
