Some affiliate programs use Rewardful's Managed Payouts system to handle commission payments. If you're part of one of these programs, you can withdraw your commissions directly from your affiliate dashboard and choose from the following payout options:
Local Bank Transfer / SEPA Transfer
Wire Transfer
PayPal
Check
Each payout method may have associated fees. Exact fees vary based on your location and selected payment method, and will be provided during the onboarding process.
Managed Payouts is designed to simplify how affiliates receive their earnings and will be integrated with the Rewardful Marketplace — a centralized platform where affiliates can discover new programs and manage all commissions in one place.
How to onboard
To continue receiving your commissions, you need to set up your preferred payout method in your affiliate dashboard.
Log in to your affiliate dashboard
Look for the notification prompt to update your payout method
Click the button to update your payout info and set up 2-step verification
Fill out the form and select your preferred method: PayPal, Local Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer, or Check
📌 In some circumstances, you may be asked to verify your identity or provide additional documentation about your place of residence.
Once your information is submitted and verified, you’ll receive a notification when your payout is ready. You can then log in and withdraw your commission directly from your dashboard.
⚠️ Troubleshooting PayPal onboarding errors
If you see this error during onboarding:
“The account information could not be validated by PayPal. Please verify that your details are exactly as they are in your PayPal account (name and email address).”
This error usually happens if your PayPal account name and the name entered in the Managed Payouts onboarding process do not match.
✅ How to fix it:
Type your first and last name exactly as they appear in PayPal (don’t copy-paste or auto-fill the form).
If you have a middle name, add it after your first or last name in Tipalti.
Check your PayPal business info:
Log into PayPal.
Go to Settings (Gear icon) > Seller Tools > Getting Paid > Manage.
Click Create a Template > Edit Business Info to see your registered name.
Use this exact name when onboarding Managed Payouts in Rewardful.
If this issue persists, contact Rewardful support at affiliates@rewardful.com.
Withdrawing your earnings
Once your payout details are on file, you won’t need to re-enter them every month, but you will need to log in to withdraw your earnings.
