Pro Tip: our Growth plan lets you set up your affiliate dashboard on a custom domain, for example affiliates.your-company.com . Learn more... Note: When changing your affiliate dashboard subdomain, the old subdomain becomes inactive, and redirection to the new subdomain is not supported.

If you want to change the URL people use to sign up for your affiliate program's signup page (distinct from the dashboard URL), follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Edit company from the dropdown menu.

  1. Change subdomain Important: Once you change the subdomain, the old subdomain will no longer be active, and affiliates will not be redirected to the new subdomain.

3. Click Save changes

Your new URL should be ready to use! Try visiting your signup page to ensure everything is working as expected and start sharing your new URL. Additionally, consider informing your affiliates about the changes and helping them transition to the new URL smoothly. Verifying affiliate access and troubleshooting any issues are highly recommended steps.

Important Note: Remember to update all old links pointing to your signup page and communicate the change to anyone that has already signed up for your program. Ensure that a custom domain is set up beforehand to avoid losing access, as redirection is not available for old subdomains.
