Adding marketing assets for your affiliates

Upload your marketing assets in your Rewardful dashboard

Marketing assets make it easy for your affiliates to promote your site with approved, on-brand materials. In your merchant admin dashboard, you can upload files, links, and images that affiliates can access and use in their campaigns.

I. Uploading files

PDF, JPEG, and PNG files are allowed to be uploaded with a max file size of 25 mb. To upload files:

  1. Login to your Rewardful dashboard

  2. Go to Assets in the upper nav bar

  3. Click Upload assets button, then choose File.

  4. In the upload dialog box, click the box to browse for files or drag and drop the set of files you want to be uploaded.

  5. Review the files to be uploaded. Choose whether to save it as a draft or publish it right away or discard it to cancel the file upload.

  6. Once uploaded, the files will appear in the Assets section of the affiliates' dashboard.

II. Adding links

Links to other affiliate resources on your site can also be added as an asset in your library

  1. Login to your Rewardful dashboard

  2. Go to Assets in the upper nav bar

  3. Click Upload assets button, then choose Link.

  4. In the Add link dialog box, set the title for that link and add the URL of the page (use https:// protocol at the beginning of the URL)

  5. Review the link to be added. Choose whether to save it as a draft or publish it right away or discard it to cancel the link addition.

III. Adding texts

Marketing copies, such as email copies, ad copies, or blog snippets can also be added to your asset library:

  1. Login to your Rewardful dashboard

  2. Go to Assets in the upper nav bar

  3. Click Upload assets button, then choose Text.

  4. In the Add text dialog box, set the title for that text and add the text snippets you want to be used by you affiliates

  5. Review the link to be added. Choose whether to save it as a draft or publish it right away, or discard it to cancel the addition of the text snippet.

Note:

The order of appearance of assets in the affiliate dashboard is from latest to oldest added asset.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter an error when uploading assets, please check if the files are not more than 25MB in file size. Also check if the file format is accepted, the asset library only accepts PDFs, JPEGs, and PNGs.

After checking the above and you are still unable to upload your file, contact Rewardful support and we'll troubleshoot the assets you are uploading.
