Before You Cancel — A Few Things to Note
To avoid issues or surprises, here are a few reminders:
No partial refunds: Canceling mid-cycle means you’ll still have access, but we don’t offer prorated refunds.
Download or export any important data: Make sure to save reports, analytics, or affiliate info if needed. If you need a custom list of referral data, you can reach out to Support (hello@rewardful.com) to get the list.
Disconnect any integrations: If you’ve connected Rewardful with tools like Stripe or Paddle, be sure to disable those.
Notify your team or affiliates: Especially if others rely on your account or links.
Option 1: Cancel from Your Dashboard
If you’re on a paid plan, you can cancel directly from your account in just a few clicks.
Here’s how to do it:
Log in to your Rewardful dashboard
Click your profile icon (top right corner)
Go to Billing & Subscription
Click “Cancel subscription”
Confirm the cancellation when prompted

That’s it! Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You won’t be charged again.

What Happens After You Cancel Your Rewardful Subscription?
You’ll keep full access until your current billing cycle ends.
After that, your account will be closed.
Any affiliate links, integrations, or commission tracking will stop working.
If you want to remove your information for privacy purposes, reach out to Support (hello@rewardful.com) and request information removal. We will delete all of your records, including your affiliate program data.
